Mexico, July 29th, 2010. The Government of the State of Mexico launched the new Maternity Hospital "Josefa Ortiz de Dominguez Bicentennial," which had an investment of $290 million pesos and the creation of 371 jobs between doctors, nurses and laboratories in general.
This hospital has 60 beds, two operating rooms, two rooms of expulsion, laboratory, X-ray, blood bank, outpatient department and pharmacy, which will benefit 835,000 people from 13 municipalities of the State.
In health, the State has built 15 municipal hospitals which in addition to the existing eight have a total of 23 and three more will be built by next year.
In addition, five regional care hospitals which will reach 28 centers in the state, are being built and will soon three more highly specialized will be delivered in Toluca, Zumpango and Ixtapaluca.
